Landmark Presence offers three service plans. All plans include a professional website, hosting, security, and domain management. Higher tiers add active local SEO services that build visibility in Google search results over time.

The one-time setup fee covers initial website design, copywriting, domain registration for the first year, and technical SEO configuration. It is charged before work begins. Refund terms are defined in the Website Services Agreement.
Foundation — $49/month + $749 setup
Foundation provides a professional website that is online, secure, and technically configured for search engines. This is the infrastructure layer every higher plan is built on.

What is not included
Foundation does not include rank tracking, Google Business Profile work, citation building, or any content creation after the initial site launch.
Content update requests
Minor text corrections — business hours, phone number, service list changes — are available upon written request. Up to 2 requests per quarter are included at no charge. Additional requests or structural changes are quoted separately.
Visibility — $149/month + $999 setup
Visibility adds an Initial SEO Assessment, Google Business Profile setup, and automated local rank tracking to the Foundation plan. The assessment establishes a scored baseline at onboarding; all ongoing deliverables run automatically with no manual work required.

Local SEO improvements typically take 3 to 6 months to produce measurable ranking movement. Results in the first 30 to 60 days are uncommon. Landmark Presence does not guarantee any specific ranking position. See the SEO Disclaimer section below.
Keyword selection
At onboarding, Landmark Presence will propose 10 target keywords based on your industry, service area, and search volume data. Client may request substitutions. Final selection is confirmed in writing before tracking begins.
Dominance — $399/month + $1,499 setup
Dominance is full local SEO management, designed for clients in competitive markets who want to actively build local search presence over time.

Competitor selection
At onboarding, client and Landmark Presence will identify 3 competitors to track. Must operate in the same service area and industry. Selections can be updated once per quarter with written notice.
GBP post approval
Landmark Presence will send GBP post drafts to the client email on file. If no revision request is received within 48 hours, the post will be published as drafted.
Domain management
Landmark Presence purchases and manages your domain on your behalf. You do not need to buy a domain separately or manage a registrar account.

ICANN prohibits domain transfers within 60 days of initial registration. If you cancel within the first 60 days, the domain transfer will be initiated as soon as the lock period expires. This is an industry-wide rule outside Landmark Presence's control.
If you already own a domain
If you have an existing domain, we can point it to your Landmark Presence site instead by updating your nameservers. In this case, the domain registration cost is not included in your setup fee.
Revision schedule
After site launch, clients may request changes to their website. Minor text corrections are included in your plan allowance. Changes beyond that allowance, or any design or structural changes, are priced according to the schedule below.
Included corrections
Foundation and Visibility plans include up to 2 text correction requests per quarter at no additional charge. Dominance includes up to 4 per quarter. Text corrections cover items like business hours, phone number, service list changes, or minor copy fixes. Structural or design changes are not included.
Post-launch feedback window
Within 14 days of initial site launch, up to 3 text corrections are included at no charge, regardless of plan. After day 14, the quarterly allowance applies.

Request a revision by email. Landmark Presence will confirm the revision type and send a Stripe payment link. Work begins only after payment is received. Most revisions are completed within 5 business days.
Optional add-on services
Two optional services are available in addition to your website and SEO plan: instant lead response and missed-call text-back. With both, Landmark Presence configures, connects, and manages proven third-party messaging tools on your behalf. These add-on services are part of and governed by your Landmark Presence Website Services Agreement, including its Limitation of Liability.
What they do
Instant lead response sends an automatic reply when someone submits your contact form or calls. Missed-call text-back sends an automatic text to callers you do not answer. Landmark Presence sets up, connects, and maintains these tools. Messages are delivered through third-party providers.
Responsive use only
These tools are configured to send automated messages only in response to people who contact you first, by submitting your form or calling you. They are not configured for proactive outreach, marketing campaigns, or messaging to people who have not contacted you.
Carrier registration
Before automated texts can be sent, mobile carriers require the messaging campaign to be registered (A2P 10DLC). Landmark Presence handles this registration on your behalf using your business information. Registration can take several business days, and texting begins once it is approved.
Because these messages are sent only to people who contacted you first, they are responsive messages. You remain responsible for using these tools in line with applicable messaging laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and for honoring opt-out requests. Every automated text includes a plain opt-out ("reply STOP"), and Landmark Presence configures opt-out handling for you. Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients. Landmark Presence does not provide legal advice.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Landmark Presence harmless from any claim, demand, or penalty brought by a message recipient or other third party arising from your use of these tools, including the content of your messages, your consent practices, or an alleged violation of messaging laws, except to the extent the claim arises from Landmark Presence's failure to provide the opt-out handling it agreed to configure.
No guarantee of results
These tools help you respond faster. They do not guarantee any number of leads, calls, or sales.
Content and accuracy
You own the content of your automated messages and are responsible for keeping it accurate. Landmark Presence will make reasonable changes at your request.
Third-party tools
These services depend on outside providers whose availability, features, and pricing can change. Landmark Presence is not responsible for outages or changes outside its control.
Billing and cancellation
Add-ons are billed monthly. You may cancel an add-on at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. The current period is not refundable. The notice period that applies to plan cancellation does not apply to add-on cancellations. On cancellation, the tools are deactivated and automated messaging stops.
SEO disclaimer
Landmark Presence does not guarantee any specific search engine ranking position, traffic level, or volume of inbound customer contacts. Search engine rankings are determined by Google and other third parties outside Landmark Presence's control.
Results depend on factors including market competitiveness, review count and velocity, domain age, NAP consistency, Google algorithm updates, and competitor activity.
We commit to delivering every service in your plan and never using tactics that violate Google's guidelines or that could harm your site's standing in search results.
Plan changes & cancellation
Upgrading
Client may upgrade to a higher plan at any time. New rate takes effect on the next Billing Date. An upgrade setup fee may apply if significant additional configuration is required.
Downgrading
Client may downgrade with 30 days written notice. Services from the higher plan continue through the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice by email to hello@landmarkpresence.com. Services continue through the end of the paid period. Site files delivered within 30 days. Domain transfer initiated within 30 days, provided all outstanding invoices are settled. Full terms in the Website Services Agreement.
Price changes
Landmark Presence reserves the right to adjust pricing with 60 days written notice to active clients.

This Service Plan Schedule is incorporated by reference into the Landmark Presence Website Services Agreement. In the event of any conflict, the Website Services Agreement governs. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email with at least 30 days notice.
